Gourmet Restaurant A serious establishment in a typical, solid reconstruction building. You'll appreciate the general professionalism, the warmth of the bourgeois dining room with its well-appointed tables, and the classic approach that takes care to focus on the terroir, right from the first courses: pan-fried Vire andouille and pink Champagne lentils, filet mignon of pork with Auge Valley sauce in the €31 "Saveurs" menu. A la carte desserts include Normandy cheeses, crêpe Suzette or soufflé.
