A pleasant house in a green setting, ideal for family gatherings and seminars. The table is elegant, and the finest products are on display, in harmony with the setting and the guests, prepared in a variety of ways: smoked salmon with citrus chantilly, langoustines with hazelnut butter, risotto with poultry jus and diced chorizo, lobster velouté, filet of st. Pierre with langoustine coulis, roast fillet of beef with Fourme d'Ambert cheese, crêpes Suzette flambéed in the dining room. The €46 formula is a good place to start.
