In this small village not far from Mont-Saint-Michel, we take advantage of hunger to make a stopover and discover the good intentions of Laurent and Manu. In a setting full of elements, with a bohemian yet cosy ambience, we come to cross the pleasures of the sea with today's alliances, for a result that pleases and builds loyalty. We'll be back this year with the same desire, for the starter of green beans, crayfish tails, rocket and parmesan, monkfish and shrimp sauerkraut, veal sweetbreads with chanterelle mushrooms...
