This country inn offers a lovely, family-friendly atmosphere, where Chef François Pelletier presents a fresh take on traditional cuisine. The ingredients are top-notch and the plating is precise, showcasing authentic regional cuisine—particularly on the €55 menu, which features Anthony’s peas refreshed with elderflower and organic egg, morels in a timbale with a frothy sauce, organic trout from Crisenon, brioché biscuit and stinging nettles, braised and glazed veal sweetbreads with black garlic and pearled sauce, a Madagascar vanilla emulsion, and rhubarb and strawberry sorbet. Excellent food and wine pairings.
