Cédric Burtin's bistro is the first restaurant to emerge from the station, making it the city's first ambassador. The award-winning chef of his gastro restaurant makes a fine impression, putting his know-how and suppliers at the service of brasserie-style cuisine. Local recipes are the order of the day, with eggs meurette, Burgundy snails, Charolais entrecôte with Café de Paris butter and French fries, poultry with creamy morel mushroom sauce and a range of vegetables. Classic desserts (pistachio millefeuille, dark chocolate fondant, vanilla crème brûlée).
