Gourmet Restaurant A modern-day restaurant in the middle of Rue de Strasbourg, less Burgundian than contemporary, where the latest products are used to create a masterful cuisine. Laurent Montgillard's experience is evident in his dishes, which include an exemplary poached egg, soubressade cream and piperade, pan-fried monkfish with vanilla and arborio risotto, a round of sous-noix and shredded veal, polenta and Milanese sauce, a 64% chocolate mi-cuit, morello cherries and pistachio, amarena ice cream. Menu €38.
