Chef's Restaurant The name is rather misleading, both in terms of the segment and the prices, since Patrick Mézière is more into haute cuisine, in terms of produce, technique and service. Marie-Laure and Patrick's address combines cooking and fruit and vegetable production, as if to seal in a spirit of craftsman-producer, with their hands in the fields as well as at the piano. The plates bear witness to this natural link, revealing the beautiful terroir, a siphon of late-harvest 2023 potatoes, farm snails, herb butter, crispy frogs' legs, shellfish emulsion, a crispy back of saithe, cauliflower textures, hazelnut oil and reduced fennel juice, a duck breast with leg in pastilla, pear, celery, turnip, carrot and beet juice with blackcurrant, a vanilla-strawberry pavlova, balsamic and strawberry-lemonberry sorbet and olive oil. Well-stocked cellar, particularly with Côte Chalonnaise wines.
