Gourmet Restaurant At the entrance to the famous Rue de Strasbourg, this Aromatique has a very contemporary feel to it, with its setting, ambience and well-directed cuisine, with straightforward flavors on dishes that are popular today, such as trout gravlax with beet and mustard pickles, veal with grilled scorsonères and black lemon condiment, and pan-fried pineapple with cardamom on a €45 menu that always has a few original ideas up its sleeve.
