Gourmet Restaurant One of the most promising spots on Rue de Strasbourg, just off the bridge. Seasonal, fresh and inviting, Fabien Denisot's cuisine complements the contemporary, uncluttered decor of the dining room, with its herringbone parquet flooring, plain colors and blond wood tables. Émilie takes charge of the dining room, handing out plates that are a sight to behold, including a variation of carrot, egg at 63°C and roasted hazelnuts, line loin, asparagus and leek oil, a veal breast, jus bound with black garlic and oyster mushrooms, a 68% dark chocolate ganache, sunflower and coconut. Tasting formula €58.
