Gourmet Restaurant Open Thursday to Sunday, this unassuming establishment is well worth a visit. Christian and Clément Bidart, part of the Bidart dynasty at the helm since 1899, excel at creating modern cuisine with traditional ingredients. Frogs, yes, but in tempura, pigeon served with quinoa alongside Norwegian skrei and octopus with pomelos. Originality doesn't detract from quality, and customers are quick to point this out, praising the welcome as much as the homemade bread and the love put into every dish.... A classic cellar.
