In the "Village Blanc", this shimmering inn has all the trappings of the sincere and authentic Bressanne as Georges Blanc wanted to preserve it. He officiates in his gastro a few meters away, but always keeps a sincere and faithful eye on this family home that delights tourists and friends alike. There's no question, of course, of departing from Bressanne rituals and its emblematic dishes: trout in jelly, meurette egg, pâté croûte, pike quenelle, frogs or Brasse poultry (but you can also find fine beef) are unfailingly on the menu, in an atmosphere tailor-made by the owner.
