Chef's Restaurant Opposite the superb 15th-century priory, Thierry Fernandes' restaurant continues to move forward steadily and steadfastly. On the plate, it's certainly not the time for the latest culinary fashions, but the chef, an excellent technician, prefers to play the card of wisdom and straightforward tastes, without ever falling into boredom. A back of cod roasted in olive oil and aromatic butter, a superb back of duckling roasted in red wine jus, a magnificent cheese platter: this table certainly deserves its solid reputation.
