Just off Route 7, Christophe and Carole Guillon's restaurant is a good stopover on the way to your vacation destination, where you can discover the gastronomy of the Roanne region. In this house with modern accents, minimalist decoration and harmonious tones, the chef develops a rich cuisine, full of fine products: roasted scallops and shellfish, filet of hare with foie gras and vegetables, and a fine seasonal dessert. Friendly service.
