Gourmet Restaurant Frédéric Damery and Ludovic Puzenat's table is sure to impress, with its beautiful long room, minimalist decor, central serving area, waxed concrete, open kitchen and Scandinavian furniture in light and black wood. It's a place to raise expectations, which are well met by chef Ludovic Puzenat, who champions well-prepared market cuisine. À la carte: scallops in carpaccio, Jerusalem artichoke pulp, hazelnut slivers, cannelloni of pork cheek and celery, gribiche sauce, hake fillet, endives with local honey and clementines, reduced jus, a veal quasi, parsnips and chestnuts, trumpet of death jus, a poached pear, vanilla mascarpone cream, chocolate sauce and macaroon ice cream. Well-informed cellar (Domaine des Pothiers, Fabien Jouves, Kreydenweiss, Albert de Conti...). Service could be a little more prompt.
