Gourmet Restaurant This elegant stone house is the realm of Sylvain Guilbot, whose cuisine is halfway between Périgord and Italy, in a contemporary, bistronomic vein. According to the chef's whims, seasonal compositions renew the recipes, such as duck tataki with walnuts, verjuice and redcurrants, roasted hake fillet with garlic and bell pepper coulis, potato gnocchi with Gran Padano, apricots with almonds and rosemary.
