Chef's Restaurant
The village is a premier tourist destination in the Dordogne Valley, and its top restaurants meet a real need. Enjoyment and fine dining, then, at Lydie and Bruno Marien’s restaurant, where the seasoned chef knows his local terroir and knows how to showcase it to locals and visitors alike. Beautifully presented dishes make up the well-designed, multi-course menus: shredded semi-cured foie gras, Dordogne carp cake with crayfish in a Nantes-style sauce, duck tournedos with Périgueux sauce, and roasted apricot with thyme-infused ganache—all part of an attractive set menu priced at €69. The wine cellar, facing southwest, is overseen by sommelier Marion Jeoffre.
