Original Restaurant Here's a good invitation to the Lyonnaiseries on the other side of the country, to get closer to the Rhône just a stone's throw from the Seine. The decor, while sober in color, takes up the codes of the bouchon lyonnais, with bistro furniture, tiles and banquettes. The à la carte menu is full of old friends: tête de veau with gribiche sauce, poultry liver cake, cocotte egg with saint-marcellin, pike quenelle with nantua sauce, andouillette with veal strawberry, hot sausage, floating island, pink praline tart. Formulas range from €16.90 to €34.90.
