Gault&Millau's review 2026

A good gastronomic address in the Saint-François district, serious and tasteful, offering convincing cuisine in a contemporary, well-kept setting. Gauthier Teissère demonstrates his savoir-faire with tandoori lobster, vinegared carrot mousseline and jus reduction, royal sea bream and eggplant caviar, artichokes and bisque reduction, pork chop, green beans, sumac fennel and mustard jus, blackberry sponge cake and cocoa mousse. Good service.
