It's always a pleasure to return to this beautiful bourgeois villa in the heart of the city, where people come as much for the charm of the interiors as for the garden, ideal in summer. The cuisine follows fashions and holds its own: razor clams stuffed with Espelette pepper butter, crab crumble, lemon combawa and ginger sorbet, fillet of sea bass with fennel and orange sauce, veal sweetbreads with morel mushroom sauce, coquillettes with old Comté cheese and truffle sauce, rice pudding with salted butter caramel.
