Sponsored This restaurant in the heart of Cap d'Agde harbor is a figurehead for inspired, flavorful cuisine masterfully executed by Éric Soarès and his teams. Their culinary signature features influences from around the world. "Éric has worked in Réunion, the Netherlands and France. And he's traveled a lot," says Camille, his multi-talented partner. The short menu - a sign of homemade - and the suggestions on the slate are so tasty that choosing is complicated. So keep coming back! And in season, remember to make reservations! Our favorites are the tuna tataki and the sea bream ceviche with coconut milk and a scoop of yuzu ice cream. We love the linguine with clams, the gyoza, the coquillettes with truffles and ham, as well as the beef fillet! And don't forget that the desserts are pretty conclusions, and that Camille's creative cocktails are served until 2 a.m. in this cosy place of rattan seats, pop lighting and antique objects...
