Sponsored Come and relax in this timeless refuge nestled in the garden of the Château de Compiègne! Inside, comfortably seated in a Victorian chair, you'll be bathed in the soft light of the château's former temperate greenhouse, used as an orangery and boiler room. Outside, enjoy the shade of the palm trees and the view of the garden fountain. Estelle, captain of this time-travelling vessel, brings our grandmothers' recipes up to date, but with less sugar! On the menu: eggplant parmesan, pea velouté, lasagne, chestnut moelleux, chocolate coulant, apricot tart... Everything is homemade, without fuss but with conscience. Whenever possible, products are local and organic. Estelle makes it a point of honor to prepare only what's necessary to avoid waste, and feeds a compost bin. You'll even find a small grocery corner where you can buy products from local producers (honeys, etc.).
