After thirty years of Alain Blot's cooking, regulars from Compiègne and the surrounding area have adopted the cuisine of Ludovic Colpart, who has been running the inn with his wife for ten years. Classic good work, a house constant, with noble products: escalopines of foie gras and lime blossom honey, lobster salad, roasted veal sweetbreads with speculoos, fillet of Charolais beef with Bordeaux sauce. On a daily basis, the €56 menu is a good introduction to the house, serious and convincing.
