Richard and Sophie Balma do their utmost to make this a warm and welcoming place to dine, charging competitive prices, especially for dinner with the 79 € discovery menu. Just-snacked squid, red onion, vegetable pulp-black garlic caramel, followed by hake in a scallop-xeres-safran coral sauce, roasted heirloom carrots, Simmental beef flank steak, Jerusalem artichoke and beet mousseline and a cream of guinea fowl-olive Kalamata. Dessert is in good measure, with candied quince, lemongrass-ginger-lime syrup and roasted hazelnut crumbs. The lady of the house recommends the wine list, with its many suggestions at just the right price.
