Gourmet Restaurant Between Moulins and Bourbon Lançy, in the center of the small village of Chevagnes, the orange facade certainly catches the eye, but it's all for a good cause. Francis Chevallier concocts serious, well-crafted dishes using traditional products: veal mignon chausson with mustard foot, Rossini-style duck tournedos, Turbot stuffed with salmon mousse, a short, tasty menu, a warm welcome and impeccable room service.
