Sponsored Nestled at the bottom of the estuary, Pont-l'Abbé, the most Breton of Brittany's towns according to Maupassant, can be visited and enjoyed in summer and winter alike. After admiring historic monuments and beautiful homes, browsing the lively Thursday market and breathing in the sea spray, visitors will join the regulars at GaslieZ, the restaurant located 400 meters from the Château des Barons du Pont. At lunchtime, Chef Florent Gasnier offers his market formula and, in the evening, his bistronomic menu - vegetarian dishes available on reservation - which delights gourmets who appreciate fresh produce, home cooking and sweet desserts with measure. The most daring customers will order the "Surprise Menu", to be discovered as the meal progresses, accompanied by wines carefully chosen by sommelier Sarah Thilliez. In a room typical of the region with its stone walls, the spaced tables create an intimate atmosphere, ideal for concentrating on a plate that combines the pleasures of the mouth and the eye for a gourmet moment in the capital of the Pays Bigouden.
