This century-old villa, perched high above the port of Sainte-Marine, is undoubtedly one of the most charming in Brittany, combining excellent hotel facilities with a solid and regular restaurant, Les Trois Rochers, where the excellent Frédéric Claquin offers a cuisine perfectly suited to the location, and therefore essentially marine. Abalone, langoustines, red mullet, gilthead bream - only the finest products are allowed on a menu that favors local fish. The Plaisir menu, just under €100, is an excellent choice.
