Overlooking the Odet estuary, this magnificent bourgeois villa dating from 1913 is a delight for the senses, a splendid 4* hotel in a natural setting, with the ocean on the horizon. Frédéric Claquin is at the height of his powers, proposing delicate, wise seafood cuisine to accompany the sweetness of the moment. This is noble produce for special occasions, to be discovered in a flawless €105 menu, with a starter of beet, red mullet and nori, langoustine ravioli and shellfish emulsion, sea bream with butternut and fennel, and a dessert of strawberry, rhubarb and coriander. The house is only open from March to the end of September. Remarkable cellar and attentive service.
