Sponsored In opening the Douglas Bar, Louise Ringart and Alexandre Féron wanted to preserve the conviviality and open-mindedness of an old-fashioned pub, with a more modern and demanding approach. High tables coexist with comfortable banquettes, and the decor is enhanced by a large urban-art-style interior fresco, while the leafy exterior brings greenery to this urban environment. The open kitchen, located in the center of the bar, is at the heart of the establishment's identity: it offers high-quality finger food that changes every three weeks, 100% homemade by Chef Félix Poiret. Samoussas, croque-monsieur comté-jambon-compotée d'oignons to share, platters (one of which is entirely vegetarian)... you'll enjoy tasty, well-balanced cuisine to accompany your glass of wine, beer or cocktail. The drinks change regularly too, because at the Douglas Bar, "we hate routine! And there's always a good time to be had: parties, sports broadcasts or concerts on the large outdoor terrace punctuate the life of this ideal place for an aperitif with family or friends until the end of the night.
