Chef's Restaurant Alexandre Gauthier's team, who know how to train and delegate, run the rotisserie tavern like a master. Everything turns out well, the spit as much as the rest, to celebrate the good regional products of breeding and cultivation, in the pretty setting of this welcoming house at the end of the paved courtyard: coquelet de Licques, shoulder of lamb, ribs of pork, after snails or bone marrow. Chocolate fondant, rice pudding, cheesecake for dessert, a connoisseur's wine list, with bottles chosen for their excellent yields from well-known references (Sylvain Pataille, saint-péray du Tunnel, abouriou d'Elian Da Ros...).
