Just a stone's throw from the now-famous Grenouillère, chef Alexandre Gauthier offers his loyal guests a new adventure with this guesthouse in the heart of the village. A pretty winter garden and a discreet lounge make up this new refuge, which also houses 4 "chambres de circonstance" decorated in shades of yellow, green and blue, with cosy beds, bookcases full of cookery books and bathrooms equipped with clawfoot tubs. Breakfasts are a feast of homemade praline spread on warm bread. So invigorated, you can opt for a walk along the marshes, or one overlooking the sea, along the town's 4 km of ramparts.
