Gault&Millau's review 2025

One of the great symbols of Le Touquet, and one of the region's most delightful resorts! Designed in 1924 by Auguste Bluysen, this sumptuous Art Deco hotel was given a facelift in 2020 by French architect Bruno Borrione, who took on the challenge of preserving the soul of this 1920s palace, the last remaining on the Opal Coast. Superb Art Deco facade, discreet luxury, hushed atmosphere... The mission is perfectly accomplished, but the place also offers its guests more contemporary services: a Nuxe spa with an indoor pool, a fitness area, a brasserie and Le Pavillon, a delicious gourmet restaurant led by chef William Elliott. The 104 rooms and suites exude the same perfume of modernity, tempered by Prussian blue or Basque red tones and sleek furnishings. All with splendid views over the bucolic Parc des Pins or the city skyline.
