Exceptional Hotel
In the heart of the Opal Coast, La Grenouillère is an exceptional retreat helmed by five-toque chef Alexandre Gauthier, who has transformed the former family cottage into a space that is at once cool, minimalist, luxurious, and resolutely contemporary. After the devastating floods of winter 2023, which forced the hotel to close for an extended period, the property reopened in early 2025, fully restored. The experience is complemented by intimate accommodations, including junior suites housed in the old farmhouse, as well as cottages and lodges with private gardens, nestled between the village and the marshes.
