Exceptional Hotel In the heart of the Opal Coast, this (sublime) refuge is owned by 5-Toque chef Alexandre Gauthier, who has transformed the former family cottage into a place of exceptional charm, cool, luxurious and eminently contemporary. The century-old buildings have been preserved, but are now set against two sumptuous metal marquees designed by architect Patrick Bouchain. Opening onto the garden and vegetation, the restaurant invites you to discover Alexandre's cuisine, which alone is worth the detour, but this sensory experience can be extended, if you wish, by an equally exceptional stay... The proof is in the 4 rooms nestled in the old farmhouse, the 3 suites in a nearby building and, above all, the 9 huts totally buried in the vegetation, with large bay windows to enjoy the spectacle of this raw nature. A rare place, part of the Relais & Châteaux collection.
