Now called Origines, this bistronomic restaurant takes advantage of the château’s superb setting to offer simple, tailored cuisine by Chef Thomas Pecriaux in a lovely, relaxed atmosphere: oysters, bone marrow, foie gras cutlet with fig chutney, hand-chopped tartare with Darphin potatoes, trout with fava beans and spinach, duck confit aumônière with browned potatoes, cherry charlotte, and Opéra cake. Classic wine list; set menu for €35.
