The big house in the Artes region has a lot of character, and this was an opportunity for Alexandre Gauthier and his teams to combine tradition with a contemporary vision of open, fun cooking. The atmosphere, both chic and simple, thanks to a well-briefed service, is an added incentive to discover the sea bream with knife and beef heart tomato, fried calamari with gribiche sauce, pan-fried sea bass with butter and yellow peach, lacquered duck breast and zucchini, before crêpes Suzette or strawberry vacherin. Good cellar at fair prices.
