Gourmet Restaurant Marc Tuzza, the in-house chef who is now at home, maintains the spirit of a chic bistro in this pleasant setting. His cuisine is full of good ideas borrowed from fashion and based on solid foundations: tuna tataki and crunchy vegetables, squid ink tagliatelle, house burger, pan-fried apricots with honey and pistachio. The €35 menu, with no choice, is a good introduction.
