Not far from the train station, this is a hotel-restaurant of a high standard, where you can enjoy classic, local cuisine during a stopover in the prefecture, befitting its price and expertise. The €32 menu is well constituted: duck foie gras with Guérande salt, apricot condiment with mustard seeds, fillet of sea bass with chorizo, roast lamb with lavender honey. Classic desserts.
