Gault&Millau's review2026
A little jewel of greenery in the heart of the Seine-et-Marne region, ideal for a weekend in the country. Sébastien Tasset, a former chef at Hélène Darroze's, runs this pretty two-hectare estate with Joanna, offering magnetic charm and complete comfort. The bohemian-chic decor lends itself to moments of relaxation away from the city, where you can meet up and indulge in seasonal dishes. These include gravelax of Essonne trout, pickles, chives and Meaux mustard ice cream; pan-seared cod, green beans from the Île-de-France region and shellfish, beurre blanc; guinea fowl fillet stuffed with herbs and foie gras, creamy yellow wine sauce, artichoke and truffle purée; an all-coffee and chocolate dessert, amaretto cream and cardamom ice cream. A well-balanced wine cellar with suggestions from all the vineyards.
