On the shores of Lake Annecy, a magnificent 4-star hotel where the foundations of local architecture (elongated roofs and wood) serve a most contemporary setting, both minimalist and luminous. The glass-walled dining room offers a powerful view of the lake and is the ideal setting for a modern, fashionable and well-sourced plate. The menu offers something for every taste, from Bømlo salmon sashimi with sweet pickled cabbage and wasabi mayonnaise, to grilled royal sea bream with sweet potato crushed in hazelnut and passion butter, melting veal steak with arugula pesto, garlic and old-fashioned purée, and tonka chocolate with caramel heart and Breton shortbread.
