Close to the lake, the Cottage Bise**** is home to Olivier Suire's fine gourmet table. With its splendid view of Lake Annecy from the terraces, and its picturesque charm, the house is not lacking in arguments. The menu is, of course, in line with the house's standards, logically oriented towards the international market and at expected prices; but the execution is up to scratch, with lobster in citrus salad, smoked paprika and raspberry pickles, grilled grouper, lemon, soy and artichokes in olive oil, chicken supreme with crayfish and truffled apple crumble, or tiramisù with poached peaches, mascarpone and garden verbena. Cellar selection as standard.
