Yoann Conte's second home is not simply a bistro, but rather another table, simpler in its plate design, but no less seductive than the five-toques of the Cuisinier de l'Année 2024. Le Roc is the place to go for regulars, for those who want to indulge in local delicacies with a Yoann Conte twist: Poisy snails with herb broth, Lake Geneva perch, lamb saddle and sweetbreads with vegetable cannelloni, veal sweetbreads with savory jus, all served with simplicity but also distinction in the most beautiful of settings, facing Lake Annecy. Beautiful desserts and an excellent five-course tasting menu for €150.
