Kartell chairs and clean lines in a wooded setting harmoniously renew the Savoyard style. Local produce is put to good use in contemporary compositions, including a starter of scallops and truffles, endives, mandarin-marinated king prawns, horseradish broth, skrei, spelt and chorizo, veal pavé dans le carré, truffle and celery, and a dessert of poached Savoy pear with mulled wine, gianduja cream and caramel.
