Chef's Restaurant It's not every day you dine at Jean Sulpice's grand table, but Annéciens and locals alike enjoy the great pleasure of a lakeside meal at this true chef's table, opening onto nature and its environment so dear to the Chef of the Year 2018. All year round, in this privileged setting, he offers a high-performance menu at 90 e, which embodies the spirit of accuracy and homage in a very contemporary version: with escargots risotto with spelt, garlic and parsley, wing of skate meunière with mondeuse sauce or saddle of hare with parsnip and quince cider, chestnut soufflé with citrus sorbet or chocolate and blackcurrant millefeuille. A fine team in the dining room for precise, well-ordered service, and a strong cellar in the region, well-equipped for the Rhône and Burgundy regions.
