Pascal Nolin, now sole owner of Comptoir de Saint-Cyr, supported by a well-trained crew, sets the course for a journey of his own. "A place where you feel good, friendly and simple. The modular spaces are perfectly suited to this: one room is cosy and modern, the other timeless and Japanese, both linked by a luminous patio. Then there's the courtyard, ideal in summer, with its outdoor bar, plants, lighting and shade. Last but not least, there's the boulodrome (4 courts, boules provided, to be reserved) in perfect harmony with the "cocktail party" spirit offered by the landscaped outdoors, where you can comfortably share a menu of tasty tapas. The cuisine - bistronomy with an Asian and Mediterranean flavour - is market-driven and seasonal, with a love of herbs and juices. A compact menu, daily lunch menu (34€), daily special (16€), fine and great wines from a cellar rich in Burgundies and Côtes-du-Rhônes: there's something for everyone.
