Gourmet Restaurant This prestigious hotel on the banks of the Saône boasts one of Lyon's largest private swimming pools, where the local business community flocks as soon as the first rays of sunshine appear. Georges Desriaux, who was in charge at the beginning of 2000, did a stint in the Jols brasserie, working mainly with fish. He has returned to the post and delivers a pleasant cuisine, simple but precise, with a wine list that's rather short but successful for this type of establishment. With its upscale clientele, it's a must-visit on sunny days.
