For the past twenty-five years, Catherine and Daniel Ettlinger have been running one of the finest restaurants in the region, offering top-quality market cuisine based on selected products and established expertise. Their address is an adorable house with an old-fashioned charm, but oh so cosy and warm, with varnished wooden chairs, stone and Provencal decor. The menu is a renewed pleasure: old-fashioned stuffed celeriac with lettuce shoots, meat juice vinaigrette, Piedmontese risotto with aged san daniele ham, green leaf and truffle drop, local peach return with herbs cooked a la plancha, melting potatoes and steamed fennel, beurre blanc, profiterole with yogurt/passion ice cream, Menton lemon cream and coulis.
