Gourmet Restaurant At the top of the village of Camplong, a large Provencal building flanked by an impressive tower: this is the domain of chef Guillaume Labecede, whose inspiration is mainly guided by the daily market. The millefeuilles of pig's trotters or the foie gras poached in duck broth play with the seasons, and a daily-renewed menu offers a small selection of two starters and two main courses. The cellar gives pride of place to Corbières, Languedoc and Roussillon wines.
