Sponsored Classified as "France's most beautiful village", La Garde-Adhémar is a timeless place that has seduced Marine Verdu and Mickaël Sulon. They have set up their restaurant inside the ramparts, in a magnificent historic setting. The decor deftly blends ancient and modern, wood, metal and beautiful exposed stone. Two dining rooms, one vaulted and reserved for groups, the other with a glass roof and fireplace, welcome you, as do three terraces, one on the patio, another on the village square and the last... a rooftop for admiring the surrounding medieval buildings. In the kitchen, the Chef concocts local delicacies such as long-cooked, honey-roasted melt-in-the-mouth lamb mouse with homemade mashed potatoes in walnut oil, or grilled octopus a la plancha with crunchy seasonal vegetables. Refined dishes beautifully crafted in an atypical setting: optimal conditions for an exceptional tasting experience, indoors or outdoors, as you wish.
