Gourmet Restaurant A beautiful Provencal setting, away from the road, near this typical village just a few minutes from Montélimar. At the table, residents appreciate the seriousness of the affair on plates of seasonal freshness, well composed and well served: sturgeon carpaccio marinated in lime, mango and passion fruit, monkfish roasted in darphin apple butter with herbs, spinach and watercress in Béarnaise sauce, Ardèche pork belly confit 15 heures, green cabbage potée and jus with Vieille Mule ambrée, Poët-Laval's beer.
