Original Restaurant Lyonnais and local specialties at the end of rue Sainte-Claire, not far from the lake. In a traditional vein, we start with charcuterie, foie gras, snails and oeufs meurette, before tackling calf's head, Bobosse andouillette or veal kidney fricassee. Hardly surprising, but a decent job at a fair price for the neighborhood.
