Sponsored Set on the sand beside the Lac de Cazaux, this emblematic restaurant has become an institution since it was taken over by Sandy Guillaumin and Quentin Lesca. The restaurant's warm ambience instantly transports you out of time. In terms of cuisine, the Chef draws inspiration from the seasons to create refined delicacies such as Tastou, featuring pan-fried foie gras, apple marmalade and a slice of black pudding, or cod pavé with roasted turnips, spinach, watercress hollandaise sauce and a black sesame tuile. As a sweet treat, succumb to the dark chocolate palet with fleur de sel, fleur de lait cream and hazelnut caramel. An authentic culinary art, rooted in French tradition but revisited according to the imagination and desire of Quentin and his team. Enjoy a panoramic view of the sand, calm waters and wild shores of the lake from the dining room, veranda or terrace. It's an idyllic setting for fine dining and cocktails on the beach.
