Now working at Bistrot d'Henry, this native of Lorraine, with a classic background - CAP and Bac Pro - and techniques honed in renowned establishments, Chef for 4 years in a renowned establishment in Brittany, concocts dishes using only fresh produce, which he selects himself from suppliers. Flavors and tastes that go straight to the heart of the matter are the Chef's credo: chuck steaks, beer-flavored pork cheeks with butter mashed potatoes, foie gras, Breton pork pate and, on the dessert side, well-worked delicacies. On the wine side, pearls from small winemakers and classics from our wine-growing regions: there's something for every taste, color and budget!
