Remarkable Restaurant In an area not overflowing with fine dining establishments, Pierre Grein's house is a welcome addition, attracting all the local gastronomes. The discreet address only catches the eye of those who know it, and walk through the door with the assurance of a successful moment. His table is the culmination of a consistent, local career, with the Manosque native having left his region very little, and continuing to bring to life today a high-level market cuisine, imagining, for example, pistou soup brought back to the product in tomato water, a perfect egg under a parmesan espuma and a grandmother-style tomato cream base, a meticulous work on tuna with a risotto of small spelt, zucchini and basil, a quasi of veal roasted in a sauté pan, cannelloni of mushrooms and foie gras, finally raspberry in a spirit of vacherin glacé and meringue, vanilla cream, gel and red fruit sorbet. Menus at €110 and €170.
