Chef's Restaurant Nestled in the shadow of the Sainte-Victoire mountain range, the Relais de Saint Ser has established itself as a veritable living space, combining hotel, terrace and restaurant. But it's chef Julien Courtin's cuisine that catches the eye. After a brilliant career, notably with Mickaël Féval, he has created a contemporary, precise cuisine rooted in the Provençal terroir. The deliberately short menu showcases local produce in masterful, modern dishes, such as ceviche of Mediterranean meagre with tiger leche, burnt avocado and mango, or the catch of the day with coconut beans, tomato confit and smoked fish with aïoli. Everything on the plate resonates with the material and light of the South. The wine list pays tribute to the vineyards of Provence, with a fine regional selection, including the IGP Méditerranée "Les Terrasses" from Domaine Richeaume. A fine culinary experience, which will become even greater as the service becomes even more comfortable.
